Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Please do note that all goods sold and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE,RETURNABLE, EXCHANGABLE without prior written approval.

Returns (Applicable for Online Purchase Only)
Investline Sdn Bhd return policy lasts 7 calender days. If 7 calender days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. Receive date is the date the parcel is delivered, as shown on express courier tracking system or shipment receipt based on any other delivery company we chose.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received. The items must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Wear and tear goods such as filter, cleaning tools, chemical and film cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping for return items is to be borned by buyer.
Pre-order items are specially ordered for customer. Pre-order items are not entitled for return or refund under any circumstances other than manufacturing defect.
Clearance items are not entitled for return or refund under any circumstances other than manufacturing defect.
Gift items that comes with the purchased items are not entitled for return or refund under any circumstances other than manufacturing defect.
Exchanges(Applicable for Online Purchase Only)
Defective or damaged items are entitled for one-to-one exchange. Exchange item will only be shipped out once defect return items received.
Exchange item out of stock
In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, another similar product will be recommended to customer. If customer do not wish to exchange, refund may be given.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If you refund request is approved, the refund will be processed. Credit will be refunded via your original payment method or will be in a form of store credit, subject to Investline Sdn Bhd’s discretion. For refund via credit card, please allow a few days for bank’s processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received you refund yet, first check your bank account again, refund to bank account may take up to 3-5 working days..
For credit card refund, contact your credit card issuing bank, it may take some time for your refund to be posted into your account. The bank will still be able to advise if your refund is pending but not posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com.

For returns, customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. As such shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchange due to defective or damaged, Investline Sdn Bhd will reimburse the shipping costs in full.
Investline Sdn Bhd will not take any responsibility in the event of lost or further damage for returning products. Please send back via a reputable courier company or trusted delivery company. An item receipt will be sent upon receipt of the return item. A final confirmation will be sent and this supersedes all previous communications (even with written or visual proof) once we have inspected the item based on the condition we receive.
